| Artwork: | $40 per hour as needed. No charge if customer supplies camera ready black & white art on paper, color separated, to size. Use a smooth finish paper, do not use fiber or bonded paper. Drawings, business cards, letterhead, photocopies, faxes or anything less than 1200 dpi are not considered camera-ready art! |

Available in 30 mil only, add .02 for solid backgrounds in Ivory, Black, Brown, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Gold and Silver. |
| Blank Goods: | Call for quote and availability. |
| Cancellations/Changes: | Customer will be required to pay for all work completed at the time of the cancellation or change. Minimum charge $40. |

| Color Builds: | $17 Magnet Pro-Line can blend colors close to most PMS colors, we can not guarantee a perfect match. |
| Copy Changes: | $18 per color, min. 250. |
| Fonts: | Minimum type size 6 pt., may be larger for finer fonts or reverse print. Avoid "Times" font styles. |
| Typesetting: | $30 per hour, no charge for up to first six lines, one color. |
| Material: | Stock, 30 mil High Gloss White Vinyl. Also available: Standard White 30 mil deduct .01; 20 mil deduct .02. |
| Over/Under Runs: | Plus or minus 5%, exact quantities add 10% to invoice. |
| Production: | Normal production time 1-3 weeks. Production time begins from date of order/artwork acceptance. |
| Proofs: | First fax proof no charge, more than one $9.00. |
| Registration: | Where imprint colors meet for tight registration, 1/32" for overlap is required. Can not do hairline registration. |
| Quotes: | Quotes are estimates only, actual pricing will be based upon actual order and work to be done. |
| Rush Orders: | Rush orders may be accepted based on current availability. Add 20% to invoice total, minimum charge $40. |
| Shipping/Handling: | F.O.B. factory in Indiana. Unless stated all prices quoted do not include shipping & handling. C.O.D. charges $6.00 per box. Split shipments $8.00 per location. |
| Tints: | Screen tints not finer than 55 line, 20%. |
| Terms: | Prepay 50%; 25% to release shipment; 25% Net 30, +30 @ 12% apr; Authorized open accounts: unless otherwise noted, NET 30; Over 30 @ 12% apr. Additional charges will apply to accounts turned over for collection. |
| Tolerances: | Due to die cutting and/or screen mesh tolerances, all type/artwork must be 1/8" from any cut line. Imprints may not be perfectly centered/registered on a magnet. |
| Trademarks, Copyrights: | Distributors are expected to have proper authorizations to print all artwork submitted prior to placing and order. |
| Returns/Liability: | Magnet Pro Line must be notified prior to returning any merchandise. No adjustments/replacements will be made for product not returned postage prepaid to the factory or on any orders over 30 days old. Any adjustments/replacements made are at the discretion of the factory. Ship dates are based upon standard carrier delivery guidelines. There is no liability for any special or consequential damages due to late delivery by the carrier. |
